Through advancements in technology, and some well thought out engineering, we are now able to produce these bends as one piece with no additional welding. Instead of TIG welding the stainless steel we are now laser welding, giving a less visible weld line in the finished product. Less welding means many advantages like e.g. less risk of leakage.
Due to this new manufacturing process the internal bore of the new bends is even smoother, this is great for hygiene and the turbulence of the flow will be reduced.
