BLÜCHER fire proof water traps prevent spreading of fire.
When the temperatur reaches 200ºC a stainless steel cone with expanding pasta will fall down the outlet, expand and close the drain.
The water traps are especially suitable for fire protection in multi-storey buildings as apartment blocks, hospitals and hotels.
The product has been tested at MPA (Materiale Prüfungs Amt Nordrhein-Westfalen) and approved according to DIN4102.

Water seal height: 50 mm
Flow capacity: 2.8 -3.3 l/s dependent on the type of grating
Suitable for all BLÜCHER Industrial drains 200 with vertical outlet Ø75/Ø110 (except for types 710-715.XX2.XXX, drains with small lower part)
