Anuga FoodTec | Seminar on innovations in hygienic design and cleaning processes
BLÜCHER will be at Anuga FoodTec, 24-27 March, in hall 10.1, stand no. A021. We hope to see current and future clients and encourage you to stop by our hygiene seminar on Thursday 26 March.
Danish companies have excellent competencies within building design, design of critical components for processing environments, and cleaning processes. Proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are important for safe food production, and Danish companies aim to set the standards in this critical area.
The seminar covers an overview of state-of-the-art and best practice in relation to select aspects of improving food hygiene and safety in food processing. Learn how to achieve higher standards in hygiene and improve food safety through the best hygiene in drainage system design, machine feet, cleaning agents and cleaning processes.
European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) has a commitment to promote cleaning of processing equipment in an efficient way by proactively using hygienic design to improve the cleanability of components and systems. Hygienic design is a tool to reduce: downtime, maintenance time, line efficiency and reduction in utility costs. Some of the participating companies will exemplify how they apply EHEDG knowledge to obtain unique products and services.
Speakers will be representatives from the Danish companies and EHEDG. All are experts within hygiene in the food industry, and most contributions will be delivered in German and a few in English.
Venue: Anuga FoodTec, Congress Centre North, Rheinsaal Section 5.
Time: Thursday, 26 March, 15.00 to 18.00.
The seminar is free of charge and you do not need to register.
