New ownership of BLÜCHER is now effective.

The purchase agreement between BLÜCHER Holding A/S and Watts Industries Europe BV regarding the acquisition of all shares in BLÜCHER Metal A/S has now been approved by the competition authorities and is effective as per 30 May 2008.
BLÜCHER will be operating as a separate division under Watts Industries Europe BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Watts Water Technologies Inc. (USA), and the present BLÜCHER management will continue in the new ownership.
